It was very relaxed and Kevin knows the ve An excellent buying experience from the moment I stepped on the lot and Kevin McDougall introduced himself. It was very relaxed and Kevin knows the vehicles will sell themselves, so he focused on helping me get familiar with the vehicle I had in mind. It was a very different experience compared to the other dealerships my wife and I visited. The test drives - both for me and later in the day my wife - were much longer as Kevin made it a point to introduce all the vehicle features to each of us while we were on the road. Sales reps at the other dealerships seemed to be mostly along for the ride during the comparatively cursory test drives. When we came back the following evening to pick up our vehicle, rather than disappearing and having us just sit around while paperwork was being completed, he took us out to the vehicle once again to continue familiarizing us with the vehicle features. He and Traci Roberts both put in long days to accommodate our availability but never made us feel the least bit rushed. This is exceptional service in my experience. Thanks too for the roses (see photo). Oh, and we love the car! More

Positive selling points: 1) low pressure approach, 2) willingness to sell at a price agreeable to the customer, 3) Forester rated #1 compact SUV by Consumer Reports, 4) 98% of Subarus sold in last decade still on road, 5) Eyesight, Starlink, 6) throughly going over operation of car afterwards-10 out of 10!, 7) wash and fill up 👍, 8) finance docs appeared to be more streamed lined, 9) 0% financing absolutely a huge selling point compared to competition, 10) for my wife, the flowers were a gotcha😀 Negatives: 1) Yokohama tires (#9 in Consumer Reports) on the #1 rated compact SUV, 2) soft cost on doc prep a little high. We loved exploring the car in the parking lot and testing the EyeSight system on the road. Nerve wracking for a second and then happy amazement when the car did exactly what it was supposed to do! I hadn't bought a new car in fourteen years, so it was a bit of a shock to see how much prices have gone up in that time. It makes perfect sense though when you think about it, inflation and all. Kevin made me feel comfortable about it and never pressured me. Thanks for your patience, Kevin! We were handed off to Traci for the financial paperwork. She was thorough, yet efficient, I could tell she's been doing this a while. She explained everything clearly and answered all of our questions. CJ had given me the initial quote from my Internet query, but he was busy with another customer when we got to the dealership. He took the time to greet us and then introduced us to Kevin. Later on, I had a short chat with CJ and he was very nice and took the time to answer all of my questions. We drove home in the car last night, and we're even happier with it today.
