Friendly, helpful and not aggressive. I stopped by to look at cars without my husband and Kevin McDougall was the salesman that helped me. He was wonderful! It was a little over a month before we bought. Kevin kept in touch without the typical car salesman pressure. I knew that he was the person I wanted to do business with. He made the whole process enjoyable and easy! I had my car less then a week and I had an issue arise. 6:15 at night in a shopping center, turn off my car and all the lights turn red, engine light comes on and there is some kind of loud beeping sound. I called the dealership and Frank talked to me and said he would be right down to help me. I discovered after he was on his way down that I had not put my car into park mode and I created the issue at hand. Frank was very understanding and nice when he arrived! He said the only concern is that I was safe. I love this dealership! Would recommend anyone looking for a car to check them out and especially Kevin McDougall. More

Fantastic Customer Service! Went to look for a new car. Kevin McDougall was very helpful and never pressured us. Loved the Forester and the Outback, test drove both. Before I could even look at anything else he already brought the vehicle up to the front door and began showing me all of the features and safeness of the vehicle. I didn't have to think twice about the vehicle, we began the paper work as soon as possible considering it was almost closing time, but at no point did he try to rush the sale or push it before closing time. Everything turned out great and off I went it a little over an hour from my time of arrival to being out the door in the vehicle. Would recommend him and continue purchasing from him next Tim I want to get another Subaru! More
