Who says there ain't no such thing as a free lunch? My wife and I visited the dealership recently to meet with Kevin McDougal and test drive a new Subaru Forester to replace our old Forester of nine yea My wife and I visited the dealership recently to meet with Kevin McDougal and test drive a new Subaru Forester to replace our old Forester of nine years. We intended just to test drive the newer models and start the process of looking for a car with low miles. However, the prices and financing deals on a new vehicle were great and we decided to trade in our old Forester that day. Here comes the lunch part. My wife is eight months pregnant and we did not plan on spending a lot of time at the dealership that day. Once we decided to purchase, we had a lot of questions, had to conduct the trade-in, and then go through financing. In the middle of this process, my wife was starving. Kevin became aware of this and graciously provided her with a plate of food from the staff's catered lunch. Problem solved! Kevin was a great, no-pressure salesman and Louie in financing patiently addressed all of our questions. When the sale was completed, there was a bouquet of roses waiting for my wife in Kevin's office! This was a wonderful sales experience. More

Excellent internet sale / used-car purchase experience Our experience started with an online search for a used Forester, which connected us with Jennifer Duran from internet sales. Jennifer answered our qu Our experience started with an online search for a used Forester, which connected us with Jennifer Duran from internet sales. Jennifer answered our questions via email and gave us a great quote on a '15 Forester, so we set up a time to come in and test drive it on the last (and busiest) day of the year. When we arrived, Jennifer was working with another customer, and after realizing we could be in for a long wait, Jennifer handed us off to Kevin McDougall. Kevin was friendly, knowledgeable, and quite simply, great. Our '15 Forester of interest was already being test-driven by another customer, but Kevin reassured us that it was still available, asked questions about what we were looking for, and explained the various options and differences between previous models and the '17 model. As soon as was practical, we took the '15 for a thorough test drive, where Kevin encouraged us to put the Forester through its paces. Upon our return, he checked the status of the other customer and learned that they had decided on another vehicle. But instead of hustling us into the office to close the deal, he showed us other vehicles with similar options available on the lot for our consideration. We were shown a '14 Forester with identical options and features to the '15, but lower mileage and price. Kevin took time to test drive that one with us as well. When we had questions about previous ownership and service histories, Kevin took the time to pull the Carfax's, and even went over each vehicle's service records in detail to show us what work had been done to bring the vehicles up to Subaru C.P.O. standards. In the end that information made our decision for us and we went with the original vehicle Jennifer had quoted. Tim Hanson finalized the process with great finance terms. I always dread this last step in the process because I've gotten used to a hard sell for additional options and service contracts that I don't want. Tim seemed to understand this up front and quickly walked us through the options, and got us out the door in record time (with a service contract, which I typically decline, but decided was worthwhile once Tim explained the coverage). Overall, an excellent first experience with Tucson Subaru, with unexpected but welcomed patience and attention from the staff for an internet sale, on one of their busiest conventional sales days of the year. I would recommend Tucson Subaru and all three of these employees to anyone looking for a Subaru in Arizona. More

The best car buying experience I've ever had. What I appreciated most was the fact that no one we spoke with presumed to know what we wanted or needed. Our credit card was not taken away to check our credit rating, the sales person did not make multiple trips to check things with his manager. We were never even slightly pressured. Our credit rating was checked at the end when we were signing the papers. On our first trip there we spoke with Kevin who gave us his card. We returned a week or so later (no apt) and he told us that he would be busy in a little while and wanted us to have complete attention so he sent us to Chris Smith. On our first visit we were ready to buy, by the time the second visit rolled around we had met some people who had leased and we had questions about leasing ( they had leased from Chris Smith). We loved the roses and the fact that a $250 donation was made in our name to charity. More
