Kevin was amazing. He wasn't pushy like other car salesmen I've met. He didn't try to upsell us or push us in any direction. In fact, when deciding between two cars, we test drove the more expensive car and he recommended we test drive the one below it as he could tell it would fit my wife better. It did and we ended up loving that car more! His chill style and non-pushy manager made the experience very soothing and not stressful. By time we closed on the car, some of the staff ended up staying to well past 9pm for us to get through the entire process. Their customer waiting areas, coffee, drinks, tea, snacks all made it comfortable for us and our rambunctious child! More
