Great Dealer with extremely professional staff. Have purchased several hard to find high end vehicles, to include a Bullitt and a Raptor, through this dealer over the years and have been extremely satis purchased several hard to find high end vehicles, to include a Bullitt and a Raptor, through this dealer over the years and have been extremely satisfied with the actual purchase as well as the vehicles. Many thanks to Richard Fuller of the Planet Ford Fleet department who has handled all the orders and sales. By the time I arrived at the dealership, Richard had everything done and ready to go. No waiting and no surprises ! Not to mention, he went way out of his way to pick me up at the airport and had the vehicle ready to go. Thanks Richard for going “the extra mile” ! Also the delivery experience was exceptional due to Lyndi of the Vehicle Tech Director/Customer Service department. She made sure that I was “up to speed” with the Raptor’s technology and use of same, at delivery. Also Kevin McKinnon took care of my accessory installs, prior to my arrival.
