We literally get door-to-door service with him, as he will bring the new vehicle on a flat-bed truck and pick up our trade-in vehicle for us, right from our driveway. I have owned many Mercedes in my lifetime as I believe in the quality and performance of these vehicles. During my recent search and being a senior, my main interest was buying a safe car. I was very impressed with Frank, as he was very knowledgeable about all the safety features of these vehicles. My wife and I have purchased three new Mercedes over the last six years from Frank. He took me on a trial run and thoroughly explained each and every safety feature. Needle needless to say I was very impressed. With the new 2023 GLB 250 model I came down to the dealership by myself, and fell in love with this vehicle. Obviously, I was not going to purchase a new car without my wife first seeing the color as well as getting opportunity to ride in it My wife loved the color and the sporty look of The vehicle Knowing how long it takes to negotiate. She did not want to spend hours waiting around in the dealership reception area. She left it to me to make the final decision. Frank made it easy for me to get the top dollar for my older vehicle. I was trading in and to make this purchase Affordable He didn’t play games with me and offered me a fair price from the GetGo l just loved this 2023 GLB model in fact, in my estimation it is the best car I have ever owned I have given Mercedes Benz of Bonita Springs a perfect 5 star rating and in addition if I could, I would give Frank Deluca, my salesman a 10 star rating. The man is incredible easy to work with no stress involved. Lastly, I want to share with you on the day Frank delivered my new vehicle to My home I was ill and Frank offered to drive me to my doctors office. He went above and beyond anything I could imagine.
