We are sorry to hear you feel this way. Our records indicate your vehicle was seen for an oil change, Tire Rotation and brake fluid replacement. A coupon was used towards the bill. The remaining balance was for the brake fluid replacement. Along with every service visit, we conduct a complimentary multi point inspection to make sure your vehicle is in top working condition and safe to drive. Based on that inspection, suggestions are offered, but they are suggestions not requirements. We hope this clears up any confusion or concerns.
