BUYER BEWARE and watch over your deal before signing anything. Reason for one-star is due to Dealerships Sales Manager has no integrity in dealing with a well prepared customer like me. I had gotten a anything. Reason for one-star is due to Dealerships Sales Manager has no integrity in dealing with a well prepared customer like me. I had gotten a Kelly Blue Book cash or trade price of $20, 673. Currie internet sales rep. contacted me over the KBB quote to buy my vehicle, but I had to come into the dealership to appraise my vehicle. We arrive at the dealership June 12, 2023 at 3PM and was there until 7PM trying to negotiate the purchase of a New 2023 Ford Ranger, stock #T12471, with MSRP price of $36, 215 minus Currie Discount of $1449 for sale price of $34,766 as stated on the dealerships site. I showed the salesperson the KBB quote of $20,673 for cash or trade and even the KBB trade range was over $21,000 and the least I would take for my like new 2018 Mitsubishi, SE model with only 4200 miles on it and about five months of full warranty left. Salesperson took my offer to their sales manager who came back with trade value of only $15,500 without even inspecting my vehicle. After numerous hours of waiting and little inter-action with sales staff. The sales manager just before 7PM went out and took pictures of my trade in and never drove or entered the vehicle. The sales manager came back with trade / final offer as follows: MSRP $36,215 - Trade Allowance $18,500 = $17,715 + Sales Tax $1,254.03 + BMV EFT fee with Dealer fee $239.91. = Total Out the Door price of $19,208.95. THERE ARE A FEW ERRORS: MSRP $36,215 with Currie advertised discount of $1449 that lowered selling price to $34,766 and this was ignored. Using sales manager's own $17,715 times 7% sales tax should be $1,240.05, but was being charged $1254.03. Then the advertised Dealer and BMV fees was to be no more then $199.91 as stated in the fine print on Dealer's own site and was charged $239.91. The KBB cash or trade value of $20, 673 was replaced with trade offer of $18,500 and the Currie MSRP discount of $1449 was not offered even after I brought it sales manager's attention and by loosing discount actually lowers my trade in value $18,500 - $1449 = $17,051 for my trade. The sales manager remembered we had visited the dealership with this same trade in and wanted to know what he offered back then. I told him first offer was $10,000 and then you increased to $15,500. There is something seriously wrong with this dealerships sales tactics or there is a conflict between the sales manager and me. I believe having visited this dealership and dealing with same salesperson and sales manager twice before. The same routine ends in us spending hours of our time and tied up salesperson time and after verbally or in this case signing a paper to trade and pay $15,500 inclusive of Sales Tax, Dealer Fees and no additional cost to install a bed cover. All this was changed at last moment by sales manager to a worse deal. All can say is "BUYER BEWARE at this dealership". I would appreciate the Currie Motor Corp representative to contact me asap over this transaction failure. More

Big thanks to the Dealer Rater site it gets results. Big Thanks to the Currie Ford Corporate representative Steve Jankelow and Currie Ford of Valparaiso General Manager Frank Herrera for turning a one- Big Thanks to the Currie Ford Corporate representative Steve Jankelow and Currie Ford of Valparaiso General Manager Frank Herrera for turning a one-star deal into a five-star deal and their help in closing the deal on a 2023 Ford Ranger and great trade-in credit as well. I can now highly recommend this dealership to all party's to purchase their vehicles from. The sales staff was awesome and polite, but things happen. When you hit that impasse in a deal is not the end unless you choose too. The award for 2023 that proudly is displayed as you enter the dealership is well earned in my opinion today. Thank You all involved directly or indirectly for awesome deal. More

Keyan is the best salesman I have ever encountered every step of the transaction. He was incredibly thorough and patient. He guided us through every step of the process with Grace excellence and kindness.. step of the transaction. He was incredibly thorough and patient. He guided us through every step of the process with Grace excellence and kindness.. I have bought over 20 vehicles in my life. There has not been one instance where I left the dealership feeling as happy and grateful as I did today. There needs to be more people like him not just salesman people in general. While we were waiting on finance, he talked at length about his babies. I can’t remember the last time I seen someone’s face light up the way his dad when he was talking about his children. Keyan, thank you for all your hard work. I will send everyone your way. More
