I've been buying/servicing cars from DT for 19 years. We had 4 Rav4's in our driveway until we sold the 2003 Rav4 last month. We currently have red, white and blue Rav4's. 2018, 2023 and 2012. Arrived for an appointment to a dirty car. I think that was done so I couldn’t see the over spray on the car. I’m very disappointed. Called back talked to the used car manager. He said I can’t I think that was done so I couldn’t see the over spray on the car. I’m very disappointed. Called back talked to the used car manager. He said I can’t paint the car. I’m not asking for a paint job. I just want it to be smooth and shiny, which about half of it is not I know I didn’t buy a new car, but I wanted it to be right. Also only got one key. Two fobs, but one key. More

Was mostly a pleasant experience, loved our salesman Terrence Anderson. Love Toyota cars and trucks. Our only gripe was the many hours of waiting but we do know that buying a vehicle at dealership does Terrence Anderson. Love Toyota cars and trucks.
