Had my truck in for repair to back panel and light. The job was completed a day earlier than mentioned and is absolutely awesome! Can’t see where original paint begins and ends! Brandon BRINKO and the en job was completed a day earlier than mentioned and is absolutely awesome! Can’t see where original paint begins and ends! Brandon BRINKO and the entire team at Klaben body shop went over and above! Professional, talented, kind, and just awesome! Even cleaned my interior better than I ever did! As a side note, when I take my truck in for service I never have them wash it for fear of scratching etc., but when I pulled in to pick it up, it was shining like a star! Beautiful! Also, this was an insurance claim so I was thinking it’ll be a hassle. Nope! Brandon’s knowledge and experience made the entire transaction as simple as breathing air! And I can’t go without saying that when I had this truck in for roof rattling…Klaben service once again worked diligently to correct the sunroof…again…note to Ford, you really should work on a better design on the sunroofs. This is a continuous issue. One of which I refuse to pay out of pocket just because your design is faulty. But Klaben service gets it repaired each time! They’re great! Problem is I have been having problems with the left turn signal and I have had to start to resolve it myself It was looked at and nothing was found but when I left the dealership and turned left the signa signal and I have had to start to resolve it myself It was looked at and nothing was found but when I left the dealership and turned left the signal would not shut off and had to manually shut it off myself. I also wonder why new vehicles are not checked for updates before delivery I had to take mine back twice within 45 days of receiving it. More
