Our car buying experience at Subaru of Jacksonville was phenomenal. I set up an appointment through their customer service department. Our appointment fir looking at vehicles was with Kimberly Schneid wh phenomenal. I set up an appointment through their customer service department. Our appointment fir looking at vehicles was with Kimberly Schneid who was fantastic. She brought up 2 different models for us to look at, go over and test drive. My wife and I drove both the Crosstrek and the Outback. We were very pleased with the feel of both vehicles. We finally settled on the Crosstrek with the Premium Trim. VERY HAPPY with our choice. Kimberly was very helpful going through the pricing of both models and explaining differences with the two. No high pressure even in the Finance Office. I have been dreading the car buying experience - the first time in over 15 years. But this was actually a pleasant and informing experience We both highly recommend Subaru of Jacksonville and Kimberly Schneid for your car buying experience. After entering the dealership we met with Kimberly Schneid. We felt very comfortable talking to her. It seamed like we were talking to an old friend. She asked what type of vehicle we wanted to look a Schneid. We felt very comfortable talking to her. It seamed like we were talking to an old friend. She asked what type of vehicle we wanted to look at and we told her we were looking at the Crosstrek. She listened to us and showed us three different Crosstreks and explained the differences between the vehicles. She did not rush us to make a decision and made sure all of our questions were answered and gave us all the time we needed to make our decision. We decided on the Crosstrak Sport and purchased it. She then introduced us to A.J. Miller, to help with the financing and he also was very pleasant to work with. He also took his time with us and answered all of our questions about financing. After we purchased the vehicle we met with Johns Pitts who explained all of the technology and features of the vehicle. He was also very pleasant to work with. We don't think we could have had a better buying experience, thanks to the way we were treated from the time we entered the dealership to when we left with our new Crosstrek Sport. More
