We visited several auto dealerships prior to choosing a vehicle to purchase. We chose Jackie Cooper because the sales associates that we spoke with (2) were very professional and kind. Prior to the sale, our questions were answered in a timely manner. Unfortunately, once the sale was completed, the communication abruptly ended. No phone calls were returned and no emails responded to, until we called and asked for the General Manager. After NUMEROUS attempts to get the information we needed for our new insurance company, Kip Karn, GM, was finally able to help us. We were hoping to change all of our service needs over from Nelson Nissan to Jackie Cooper, but now we are questioning the move. More
