I first reached out to Zimmerman Honda online which is rare for me as the online systems are normally a pain. This was easy and we received a quick response from Mike Jarrin. From the first correspondence to driving home in our new vehicle was absolutely textbook Phenomenal service!! I have family that retired from car sales at a different dealership so I know what it feels like to be treated like family and the quality of service with that. I have not had that feeling of genuine care and desire to help a customer for years, until now. I can not stress how much that means to me, and my family, to have that level of confidence back in a dealership and salesman! Thank you Mike Jarrin and the rest of the Zimmerman crew! UPDATE: Here we are, a few years later, and wanted to upgrade one of our vehicles. We're now an all Honda family with our vehicles and it is because of Mike and the staff at Zimmerman Honda!
