I first reached out to Zimmerman Honda online which is rare for me as the online systems are normally a pain. This was easy and we received a quick response from Mike Jarrin. From the first correspondence rare for me as the online systems are normally a pain. This was easy and we received a quick response from Mike Jarrin. From the first correspondence to driving home in our new vehicle was absolutely textbook Phenomenal service!! I have family that retired from car sales at a different dealership so I know what it feels like to be treated like family and the quality of service with that. I have not had that feeling of genuine care and desire to help a customer for years, until now. I can not stress how much that means to me, and my family, to have that level of confidence back in a dealership and salesman! Thank you Mike Jarrin and the rest of the Zimmerman crew! UPDATE: Here we are, a few years later, and wanted to upgrade one of our vehicles. We're now an all Honda family with our vehicles and it is because of Mike and the staff at Zimmerman Honda! The process was as painless and stress free as it could possibly be. Mike was as kind, attentive, helpful, and professional as before! We had our seven year old daughter with and he was as engaging and attentive with her as he was with us (maybe even more so!) Mike was everything you hope for in a salesman. More
