Was excited to purchase a hard to find vehicle from this dealership. Kris was very helpful in the way leading up to the purchase as we waited for the delivery to the dealership. The day that the car arrived, we filled out the paperwork and spoke with the district manager that day. They ended up putting our credit and giving us an interest rate that we thought was too high. The district manager assured us that, if we want to hear it's on the paperwork he would not submit it until the following Friday. So that would give us one week to bring in financing from another institution. As we try to get everything together, we found out that they submitted the paperwork the following Monday and never really Planned on letting us get our own financing. Plus, we also found out that they promised us a certain rate and they were one percent higher than what he told us. Now this is the district manager who made these promises. So if you can't trust a district manager, I wonder how do people under him act. This dealership is supposed to be highly rated from customers alike. I was supposed to bring my aunt up there about a week later for her to purchase a vehicle, but after everything that happened I've decided to take her elsewhere. This dealership will say anything to close a deal, so if you do go here, make sure you read your paperwork carefully! More
