Had a very bad experience at a different Subaru dealership down the road and came into Brewster Subaru 5 minutes before business closing. I was treated well here. The other dealership almost completely turned me off to Subaru entirely but my experience at Brewster Subaru turned that around. My salesperson Kristen was low pressure and didn’t try to push extras I didn’t need or want. She explained all the features on the car and let me know I could call if I had questions. The sales process was easy, low stress, and I was never made to wait more than 5 minutes for service. A smaller dealership but really gets it right with customer service. I love my forester! More

Pleasant, efficient and informative, never a cheesy line or sales pitch, Kristen helped us put ourselves in our new car. The day we picked it up our 2020 Ascent the whole dealership stayed open 30 min after closing to help us with logistics. A great team effort!!
