The work was good . The appointment was not . I waited for 2 weeks for A appointment . My appointment was at 9 am for oil change and front breaks . It’s a two hour job at most . If I go to the dentist with a 9 am appointment . Then I get in at 9 and get the work done . My time is valuable and so is the time my trk is out of the field . What is the point of having an appointment if I get shoved to the end of the day for people walking in and waiting . I thought that was the point of having an appointment .
