I recently needed to sell my car. After checking an online pricing guide, I decided to go to Flatirons Subaru where I met with Kyle. I have bought and sold a number of cars over the years, so it's a huge deal for me to say that Kyle was easily the very best person (not just salesperson) that I've ever worked with. Not only was he kind, respectful, and courteous, but he actually went out of his way to be genuine and to honestly get to know me in a positive and personal manner. Although I wasn't "dressed up" due to a recent surgery, Kyle treated me as if I was a long lost friend. He was never in a hurry, and he was willing to spend time with me beyond the bare necessities for the sale of my car. In addition, everyone else that I met at the dealership (even casually) seemed genuinely willing to help and to meet me with a smile. And the facility itself was extremely well maintained and as "clean as a whistle." I'll do anything I can to buy my next vehicle from them even though I no longer live in Colorado.
