Leased a 2024 XC90 yesterday, my second one from Smythe. Could not be more pleased with the team over there, Kyle (Sales), Jean (Delivery Specialist), and Abood (Finance) had helped me this go around. I was very impressed with both their professionalism and knowledge. They took such good care of me and made the whole car shopping process enjoyable and easy. Smythe is a great dealership, that has been around for many years and they offer excellent customer service. Will definitely be back and cannot recommend them enough! More

It really does matter where you buy your car. I am glad that I bought mine at Smythe Volvo. I found Smythe Volvo after striking out at two other dealers. I gave the first dealer a certifie I am glad that I bought mine at Smythe Volvo. I found Smythe Volvo after striking out at two other dealers. I gave the first dealer a certified check for my car. During the walk through, I realized it didn't have an important feature that I had asked for and paid for. Fortunately, I was able to get the check back. The second dealer told me that I had t o wait 4-6 months for the car that I wanted. When I contacted Kyle Jackson at Smythe, he worked with me via phone calls and texts and got me the exact car that I wanted. Three weeks later, I picked up my new car. It was exactly what I wanted and it could not have been easier. Alex patiently explained every detail of the car to me and Santiago suggested the best maintenance options for me. Buying my car from Smythe Volvo was an enjoyable experience. I am looking forward to going back to the Smythe to pick up my license plates. Alex promised that I can bring a list of questions and I know that he will humor me and go through every one! I feel like I am going to visit friends! More
