1998 corvette has never seen rain until it was serviced by Ray. Left outside in the rain overnight. Not to mention the dirt inside on the floor and mud on the inside door panel. There were bird droppings on the hood, rag top & trunk. Leaves and debris plastered on the vehicle. When picking up the vehicle, the Porter was going to stop the vehicle in a very large puddle until I stopped him from doing so. He was not concerned about my vehicle whatsoever. I have had this car for more than 25 years. The condition that my vehicle was delivered to me was unacceptable!! I immediately called Kyle my service advisor who said they have no place to store a customers car overnight, but yet offered to detail my car but that would take a couple of days. So where would they have kept my vehicle then?? I had asked him to pick up my vehicle on Wednesday evening, I was informed that the car wasn’t ready but received a message by 7:30 am Thursday that it was now ready. It was clear to me that because of the condition the vehicle was delivered to me that it had not been touched until the porter brought it around for on Thursday morning. I have pictures to substantiate my review. More

I have had a Chevrolet Cruze 2015 from these guys since it was new. It still runs with minimal problems today. I took my Equinox for an oil change and it was still covered under warranty.
