Overall it was a horrible experience. Just checked the fluids and the power steering was just about empty on the stick. 😨 Brake fluid was low and needed adding as well as the coolant. Things that you would expect to be topped off when spending 50K at a dealer. They literally took it as a trade in and drove it out front without checking anything. I'm glad I bought the 3-year extended warranty so we will see how the service is. Update the service department is a joke. After driving around multiple technicians at multiple different dates they acknowledge hearing the grinding metallic noise but after promising to look into it they never did after having my truck for 4 days I found that out after pulling in and checking up on the situation. Completely incompetent. Do not trust. More

They were very accommodating and made sure, that I was able to switch vehicles as easy as possible.
