I told him what I wanted and he showed me several cars that met my requirements. Keith is extremely knowledgeable, thorough and a great listener. Once I decided on my car we did some paperwork and then I was introduced to Charlie the finance manager. Charlie was also very thorough and answered all of my questions. In under two hours I was able to leave the dealership in my brand new Equinox. I definitely recommend Ferman Chevrolet for a great car buying experience. More
