I've never had an enjoyable car buying experience until I purchased a vehicle from Mercedes-Benz of Hagerstown. Kyle made me feel comfortable with my purchase from the moment I made contact with the dealersh purchased a vehicle from Mercedes-Benz of Hagerstown. Kyle made me feel comfortable with my purchase from the moment I made contact with the dealership to the moment I signed the paperwork. Tony made financing the vehicle seamless and he was available and understanding of any adjustments that I needed. When I picked up my car, I was treated like royalty. I was greeted at the door upon arrival. My favorite part was the presentation of the keys and the nice chocolate that I received. In sum, I definitely will buy from this dealer again. It was worth the hour drive. More
