He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions easily. All of the staff we dealt with made us feel like family from Kyle and Shannon all the way to Tony in the finance office. I wish that we found this gem of a dealership earlier in our search as it would have lessened our time looking for the right car. Kyle was friendly and professional and great to talk to, ask questions and above all try out multiple models. He did not pressure or bother us by calling and hounding. Instead, stepped back and showed us all the cars. Austin went through the finance paperwork with us and answered our questions and concerns (didn't have many). Again, he too was professional and was knowledgeable. Overall, very happy with how everything turned out. More
