He was there and made himself available to assist me with that purchase. It was then I found that Shawn is the type of Salesman I wanted to deal with. He was my go to guy for the next two purchases. Fair, honest, and very good at getting me the deal I needed! I am happy to be part of the Roush family of customers. And the department that you dread going to, the Finance department. NO Problem. Kyln Mitchell explained every option they had available to me that would take care of my vehicle. He let me choose what i wanted or didn't want with absolutely no pressure about my final decision. Jeff Ward made the process of leasing a new Honda Ridgeline so easy. I emailed him to see if he had white one in stock with the accessories we wanted. He didn't have one but had one scheduled to be Ridgeline so easy. I emailed him to see if he had white one in stock with the accessories we wanted. Jeff kept in touch with me updating me while I waited for the vehicle to arrive. Once it was at the dealership, Jeff got it ready to go and had all the lease paper work ready so I could come in and sign and drive away. My wife and I spent a little over an hour at the dealership.
