The service is fine. Young lady who helped me was very nice. I brought my car for service and i also wanted to address a problem with my car. The grill was starting to sa Young lady who helped me was very nice. I brought my car for service and i also wanted to address a problem with my car. The grill was starting to sag on my 2021 civic. She took pictures and it was sent to managment for review they couldnt help me but said i must of hit something (i would know if i hit something especially on a newer car) and there was nothing they could do (apprently newer civic hatchbacks have this problem, bad design). I just felt like they wouldnt help me unless i threw a fit. They have good service but little compassion. More

The first thing I noticed was the showroom is very clean and I didn’t see any single use plastic bottles - paper cups and a drinking fountain that supports refilling water bottles.
