Nobody greeted me for my inservice and did not explain the wait time nor offered me available complimentary snacks and refreshments. Upon my initial appointment , I was told 1 hour but when I arrived it w the wait time nor offered me available complimentary snacks and refreshments. Upon my initial appointment , I was told 1 hour but when I arrived it was a 2 hour wait. All I can listen to was the sales staff talking as if it was varsity locker room. Nobody came by to give me an update until 2 hours later to tell me car needed further service and it would an additional 1 hour to do the other service. In the process, my wife’s glasses was lost where originally it was clipped on the sun visor. Very unpleasant experience indeed. More
