Car worked fine for a year no problems, then it started stalling on us and breaking down. We asked Lance for his assistance, and he just pushed us along. His enthusiasm and attitude changed from someone who is willing to help for sale to my job are done you already have the car. The service center helped best they can, and the most significant help came from the service center manager who took the time to speak with us, hear us out and see what he can do. He acted more like a sales Rep than Lance. Advice prices and sales are similar but customer service is vital when your leasing for three years. More

UNETHICAL! The most unethical sales and finance team - PERIOD! Tony Pang seemed to be knowledgeable salesman only to learn that he is a typical car salesman w The most unethical sales and finance team - PERIOD! Tony Pang seemed to be knowledgeable salesman only to learn that he is a typical car salesman with no real experience and totally unethical!! He charged me $2,000 more on the MSRP of the car on my lease agreement, to which the finance manager, Richie, rushed thru the paperwork and never even explained or reviewed the lease agreement with me. Due to this, I assumed everything was correct. UNTIL - 2 weeks later Tony called me to say I owed $1,000. When I questioned this with the sales manager, Lance - he said to me "what does the price of the car have to do with what you owe us?" ARE YOU SERIOUS? What kind of customer service is that?!?! Tony also had asked me to sign a BLANK bill of sale, explaining that DMV did not accept hand written BOS and that he would mail me a copy since they were closing shortly. Against my better judgement, and due to my lack of knowledge, I complied. It has been 30 days and I have called Tony, Lance and Tanie in the accounting team, numerous times requesting a copy for my records to which NO ONE has been able to help me. Needless to say, this was the WORST experience ever!! More
