I moved to St. Petersburg a couple years ago and have a 2019 Nissan Altima. My first experience with Crown Nissan was with the service department. They were excellent (and still are) which immediately made me want to return to Crown for future needs. Also, I wanted to buy out my lease which was up in May 2022, so I was able to meet with Crown's leasing consultant, Angi DeMahy. She was very knowledgeable, personable, and excellent in coordinating the buyout of my lease. Based on these excellent service and sales experiences, I fully expect to return to Crown Nissan when it's time to buy or lease my next vehicle. More

Great customer service by both the Service Department and Sales Department. Joseph Andolina in service did a great job of communicating the whole time about my car. During my wait at the dealership, I met with Lara Hatch Wong and Geoff Everheart who went above and beyond to give me a great deal on selling my vehicle. I was NOT expecting to sell my car but they gave me a great offer that I couldn’t pass up. They made the transaction quick, easy and even arranged a ride home for us. Talk about great customer service. Wow 🤩 I am so impressed by the quality of the employees here at Crown Nissan. I would recommend anyone to them. Thanks to all for making our experience so great. Angi DeMahy was my new car Sales Representative. She is the ultimate professional, her business acumen is flawless and she is such a Joy to work with. Due to the 2021 Covid-19 Pandemic, new cars were i the ultimate professional, her business acumen is flawless and she is such a Joy to work with. Due to the 2021 Covid-19 Pandemic, new cars were in high demand and the car I wanted was not available. Angi let me test drive a like model, worked with me to create my car of choice, provided the finance-lease options available, took my deposit to hold that car and prepared me for the experience of waiting for the car delivery. All during a pandemic and two major Holidays, she tirelessly checked on it's proposed delivery time frame and kept me informed along the way. The Crown Nissan Dealership exceeded all expectations that I had of a new car purchase. All of the staff at Crown Nissan in Saint Petersburg are fantastic! I leased my second car with them today because I had a wonderful experience the first time and have always been taken care of by each serv fantastic! I leased my second car with them today because I had a wonderful experience the first time and have always been taken care of by each service rep I have seen for all of my maintenance visits in the last 3 years. The sales rep, Chase, was courteous and kind, he followed up but never followed up repeatedly or excessively. That alone is worth returning. Thanks Chase. His Sales Manager and all the finance managers, especially Paul, are excellent, friendly and helpful! Lara also did an amazing job making sure that this transaction was done!
