The people at the dealership I will give excellent overall. the sales guy you could tell he new to sales, but overall he did a good job. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. TOOK THEM 2 MONTHS TO FIX THE SCRATCH ON MY TAILGATE THAT THEY CAUSED. THEY NEVER CALLED ME, I HAD TO KEEP CALLING THEM. ALSO AM STILL WAITING 4 MONT TOOK THEM 2 MONTHS TO FIX THE SCRATCH ON MY TAILGATE THAT THEY CAUSED. THEY NEVER CALLED ME, I HAD TO KEEP CALLING THEM. ALSO AM STILL WAITING 4 MONTHS FOR MY REIMBUSREMENT CHECK FOR REPLACING THE CRAPPY FLAT SPOTTED TIRES THEY HAD ON DURING VACATION. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO TO FERMAN CHEVROLET TO BUY OR SERVICE A VEHICLE THERE. ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS RUSHING TO CLOSE THE DEAL. AFTER THAT YOU DONT EXIST. BUYER BEWARE. More
