I’ve been leasing Infiniti vehicles continuously since 2009 in Los Angeles and Miami. Infiniti of South Bay is the worst dealership I’ve ever worked with. I ended up leasing my new vehicle from Lexus beca 2009 in Los Angeles and Miami. Infiniti of South Bay is the worst dealership I’ve ever worked with. I ended up leasing my new vehicle from Lexus because of the poor service I received at Infiniti. Similar experience at another Infiniti dealership. The brand has significantly declined in recent years. I rarely see any Infiniti vehicles on the road these days, and I live in Los Angeles - a heavily populated area. It’s likely due to the diminished customer experience at dealerships, Los Angeles area especially. More

Dealership was great service just sadly sold me car that took month to pass inspection . The fact they said car would be ready 2 days after I purchase it was ok with me but it dragged on for over month whic took month to pass inspection . The fact they said car would be ready 2 days after I purchase it was ok with me but it dragged on for over month which was a huge inconvenience for myself driving back and forth . They did give me at least loaner car. More

I wasted lots of time, I told the dealership that that the subwoofer was blown, they said it good, take the subwoofer and test it !!!
