Total Life Savers! Model Service Department. Not enough laudations for the Service Department. Visiting from St. Louis. Pulling out of a mall at 4:00 pm on a Saturday the "Check Charge Service" Not enough laudations for the Service Department. Visiting from St. Louis. Pulling out of a mall at 4:00 pm on a Saturday the "Check Charge Service" light comes on my TL dashboard. We drove to a nearby Acura dealership. I walked in and explained, family in tow. The dealership's management staff basically shrugged and directed us to an auto parts store down the road. Replaced the battery and warnings were still on. That night I went On Line and found an Acura chat site. An empathetic presence that proved very helpful. Shortly after the chat I received a call from Larry Jones, the service manager at Columbus Acura (in Dublin, OH). Just his call was reassuring on a Saturday night. It was clear we could not drive home to St. Louis the next day as planned. Larry and I texted back and forth on Sunday and he directed me to bring our TL to the Service Department first thing Monday morning. We packed our car and got to the dealership at 6:45 am. At 7:15 am Chris Diglia welcomed us to his desk. He was fully briefed about our situation prior to our arrival and led us to the waiting area. A receptionist (I forgot her name - very nice) set us up with coffee and we ate our breakfast in the waiting area. In 45 minutes Chris presented us with a multi-point check report and informed us that our alternator was not functioning. He gave us the quote and a 90 minute length of time needed to replace our faulty alternator. Our car was received at 7:15 am for an expedited repair and we were on the road back to St. Louis at 9:24 am! EVERY member of the staff that dealt with us were attentive, welcoming and comforting. The entire company exuded professionalism and confidence. If we lived in Columbus we would purchase a car from Columbus Acura if for no other reason than the service department and the positive vibe elicited by the staff. Additionally, as we occupied the waiting area, we witnessed other clients being treated with the same attention, respect, transparency and professionalism as my wife and I. To us this appears to be the norm. Thank you Columbus Acura for reminding us that there are businesses that do welcome the stranger. Among the good family memories associated with our trip, you will be mentioned as another positive experience in Columbus, Ohio. More

Professional and responsive I normally like to keep my Acura serviced at the dealership so I have a consistent track record of what repairs are needed. This time I found out that I normally like to keep my Acura serviced at the dealership so I have a consistent track record of what repairs are needed. This time I found out that the previous service recommendations had been deleted due to a new system that the dealership had installed. After getting a B1 service, which includes oil change, tire rotation and brake caliper service, I realized that I had just had the front brakes redone about six months ago. After talking to the manager, he agreed that there should have been some consideration taken into account for the recent service and offered a refund or credit on my account. It just would have been nice to have the service team bring it up instead of having to ask, but quality of work has never been an issue. More

I am overwelmed with graditude, I am extremely happy. I leased my 2017 Acura RDX after a car accident and most likely going through PSD syndrome. I had specific conversation's and thought I new what I purchased. My color was not on the lot so another was not brought in for me. Do to keeping the price and payment in my range I think there was some miscommunication. I only starting to realize things were missing I thought I had on my car as I started asking questions on how to make it work. I was so upset that finding out I did not have the car I purchased. The service manager Larry asked me to make a list of all my concerns when I brought it in to do my oil change. He called me and asked me to have a meeting with them. I met with Heather, the General Manager; The Sales Manager, Brian; Larry the service Manager and Jon in the service department. They really listened to me. I had a better understanding of my car and all the options I have on my car that just needed help with settings and continued classes to help me understand how to change the settings. They took into account my other concerns and we came to an agreement. I am very grateful for the time and attention the staff took to resolve my concerns. I would recommend Acura of Columbus on 161 and 33. Ask for Ben, He helped me find my car and was very patient with me. Thank you, Darlene Stalter More

I was very pleased with the sales experience when I purchased that car, but it is the service afterwards that is also very important. What is also more important is that every person that I have come into contact with at the dealership were very courteous and pleasant. I was in the market for an SUV so I naturally wanted another Acura and preferably from Acura Columbus.
