Beautiful building good prices I found the car online and drove 3 hours to get it with an appointment. The car was not ready when we got there. I thought that was odd because they knew I was coming for almost a full week a head of time. We didn’t negotiate the price, because it was listed very responsible. However, the finance guy was short and we could tell he was irritated. Our credit score is excellent and I knew they could offer in house finance at a lower rate. I had shopped at other Lexus dealerships and they told me. At the end we were waiting for one more bank to come back with the rate and he seemed to think it wouldn’t be better and we should just go a head and settle for the 3.8 something. We told him we needed to go talk in private and he called back with a 3.33. I wanted a 2.9 but at this point I just wanted to get out of there. We arrived around 10:15 pm and didn’t get out of there until almost 4pm! We bought a Certified 2019 ES hybrid. Our salesman Larry was nice and seemed like a honest man: More

Funny thing is that we ended up purchasing a vehicle that was not on our list and thanks to Larry, we found a perfect match for us, a Lexus ES 350. We love this car and if you are looking for a great sedan, which we were not, still look at the ES 3550 and talk to Larry, you will be glad you did. More

As a luxury car dealership, dont forget the little things Having been a NS Lexus customer before I made the move to purchase a used BMW from the dealership recently. My expectation from previous encounter le Having been a NS Lexus customer before I made the move to purchase a used BMW from the dealership recently. My expectation from previous encounter lead me to return. I guess my lower rating is based on small things, attention to detail which I would expect from a Luxury car dealership. First of all, I felt I got a very good price on the vehicle. These were small things, but small things tend to lead to an overall impression of the experience. We gave an extra day to get the car prepped for pick up, arrived at noon the car was not ready, so they prepped the car,, but I had to put the floor mats in myself when I got home and the inside of windows needed to be cleaned. A small thing that could have easily been handled during prep. Lastly, we are almost 10 weeks since the purchase and no second key has been delivered. Since I felt there was no sense of urgency from NS Lexus to resolve this issue after suggesting it a few times, I ordered a key from BMW myself. Those are not cheap, but it was necessary, this is something that should have been dealt with. Again, you should expect more from a luxury dealership. I am certain they can correct this sort of behavior with a little more focus and follow thru. More
