The service there is A1 and it’s the only dealership in Houston that gives you car washes at anytime for free! No more waiting in long lines at the car wash. Instead, you wait in plush lounges with free internet, freshly baked cookies, coffee, tea, juices and/or drinks. Or, just relax and watch TV. You literally forget you’re at a dealership. Ben Thomas, service department, always comes to look for me, whether I’m in the car lot, Lounge or walking around to hand deliver my keys. And that’s only for a car wash! Since I’m never there for issues due to Lexus vehicles never breaking down, regular maintenance or car washes are too far and few between. But when I am there, it’s A1 Service! Hiighly recommend Larry Kidd if you’re looking for a preowned certified Lexus and Ben Thomas when you’re in the service department.
