As a luxury car dealership, dont forget the little things Having been a NS Lexus customer before I made the move to purchase a used BMW from the dealership recently. My expectation from previous encounter lead me to return. I guess my lower rating is based on small things, attention to detail which I would expect from a Luxury car dealership. First of all, I felt I got a very good price on the vehicle. These were small things, but small things tend to lead to an overall impression of the experience. We gave an extra day to get the car prepped for pick up, arrived at noon the car was not ready, so they prepped the car,, but I had to put the floor mats in myself when I got home and the inside of windows needed to be cleaned. A small thing that could have easily been handled during prep. Lastly, we are almost 10 weeks since the purchase and no second key has been delivered. Since I felt there was no sense of urgency from NS Lexus to resolve this issue after suggesting it a few times, I ordered a key from BMW myself. Those are not cheap, but it was necessary, this is something that should have been dealt with. Again, you should expect more from a luxury dealership. I am certain they can correct this sort of behavior with a little more focus and follow thru. More

The service there is A1 and it’s the only dealership in Houston that gives you car washes at anytime for free! No more waiting in long lines at the car wash. Instead, you wait in plush lounges with free internet, freshly baked cookies, coffee, tea, juices and/or drinks. Or, just relax and watch TV. You literally forget you’re at a dealership. Ben Thomas, service department, always comes to look for me, whether I’m in the car lot, Lounge or walking around to hand deliver my keys. And that’s only for a car wash! Since I’m never there for issues due to Lexus vehicles never breaking down, regular maintenance or car washes are too far and few between. But when I am there, it’s A1 Service! Hiighly recommend Larry Kidd if you’re looking for a preowned certified Lexus and Ben Thomas when you’re in the service department.
