Service department Would not honor the coupon that Joseph Toyota sent us! Don’t bother sending us any more bait and switch offers. More

Thank you for your feedback. We never want our customers to feel misled by our advertisements. However, we think it's fair to clarify that your service adviser accepted the coupon, which stated it covered "up to 5 quarts of oil." Your vehicle required 6 quarts, and you were asked to pay for the additional oil. Because we honored what the coupon covered, we don't think this is a "bait and switch" situation. We're sorry you are disappointed. Best, Sandra Pomeraning - Customer Relations Manager - (513) 385-1800 ext. 8311

As always, service was prompt and efficient; as usual, I waited in the waiting room and used one of the provided desks to get a little work done on my computer. More
