Service was for an oil change since I have the BMW package. Service advisor was Bill Duaime, on 1/31/26 at 8:00 am. I had chosen Laura Varga but got Bill instead. Very disappointed . He charged huge s package. Service advisor was Bill Duaime, on 1/31/26 at 8:00 am. I had chosen Laura Varga but got Bill instead. Very disappointed . He charged huge sums for services that he had miscommunicated & not indicated what they would cost. He removed many of these but a still got stuck with $121 “standard scope” charges. His response:” Rustam, I removed the charge for the vehicle check as discussed. The remaining charge is for the standard scope, which involves scanning the vehicle for codes. I went over these items and charges with you prior to starting the work. If you have any further questions, feel free to reach out!” I felt cheated and responded with “Always let your customers know the cost of these charges ahead of time. There was no estimate established.” Now, he claims I signed the pre-work order and the charges were there. This is the result of really poor communication and lazy service. Flemington BMW has it all - great staff in all departments, from receptionists to technicians. I've had the pleasure of working with service advisor Laura V for a few years, and appreciate her kn departments, from receptionists to technicians. I've had the pleasure of working with service advisor Laura V for a few years, and appreciate her knowledge and helpfulness. I recently leased a car, working with David K in sales, and he was great to work with, making the whole process so easy. I wouldn't go anywhere else to buy a car or service one. They are helpful, efficient, and treat customers with respect. More

I came to the dealership last week and wound up leasing a BMW X3 from Anatoliy Yanovskiy. I have leased or bought 3 BMW’s from him prior to leasing this one. He is an excellent salesman; never applying pre BMW X3 from Anatoliy Yanovskiy. I have leased or bought 3 BMW’s from him prior to leasing this one. He is an excellent salesman; never applying pressure or making a “hard sell “. I trust him; he knows his product and always offers his best deal. He also contacts me after my purchases or leases to find out how I like the cars and asks if I have any questions. I have always rely on him when I have questions with service matters or need advice. I will keep going to him. More
