Laurel makes me want to bring my 2 Ford vehicles here for all future service. The service was speedy, occurred on schedule, and carried out expertly. I was kept informed of all stages of the process. The vehicle pick-up was especially helpful, saving me lots of time. The drivers who picked up my F250 were likewise courteous, friendly, and professional -- and they treated my truck with care. The cost of my service may not have been the lowest I might have found (not the highest, either), but for this level of service, I'll gladly return to Front Royal Ford in the future.
