We needed a “tow-behind “ and he immediately knew which cars fit our needs, as well as knowing the features of the cars that he showed us. He was able to answer all of our questions and went out of his way to accommodate us. Likewise, Shawn Decker, the finance manager, was very nice and very helpful. Not once did we experience any of the high pressure tactics we have encountered at other dealers. We felt like they listened to us and worked to help us get what we wanted.
