Probably the best experience I have had. I have purchased many cars in my lifetime and must say that is was a pleasure working with Leon and the rest of the staff. This is our second car from Headquarter Hon many cars in my lifetime and must say that is was a pleasure working with Leon and the rest of the staff. Pretty great experience, better than any of my past experiences. Leon was sweet and funny and tried to be honest & straight forward. Everyone was Pleasant and friendly. The only problem with any dealerships is the back and forth when they are printing multiple stuff and trying to play the pricing game, and be your friend. I feel the experience could be a lot faster. But overall I still enjoy going back there, this will be my third car with headquarter. More

Mr. Miller greeting was professional and welcoming at the front door. After stating what my interest was we had an discussion rather than a one way conversation. I was taken to the lot to view my options and not told what I have to take. ( A consumer in control at a car dealership 👍🏽) He allowed me to explain my financial concern and he explained each item line by line. I thank you Mr. Miller for your patience and understanding. Finance department was also professional and understanding. My previous Vehicle-was a 2003 Honda Accord that is still operational. I thank you Mr. Miller and your team at Headquarter Honda.
