I bought a new car. I came in to replace my older car, and I wanted to do so as quickly as possible. Great Dealership. Straightforward. Personable. Reasonable Hopkins Honda was the first dealership I dealt with in my search for a new CSUV. Leonard greeted me and although he was very busy, gave me great advic Hopkins Honda was the first dealership I dealt with in my search for a new CSUV. Leonard greeted me and although he was very busy, gave me great advice on my car search. At the end of our discussion, he said, "You live in the neighborhood, I really want your business." I then went to 4 other dealerships for 4 different types of CSUV's. Without exception, their attitude was "Yeah, CSUV's are our number one seller. Here's the price, here's the car, take it or leave it". Only one of the 4 dealerships ever called me back to pursue a deal. Since each CSUV brand had its pro's and con's, I went back to Hopkins Honda to re-test drive the CR-V. Ali was my sales person and she was wonderful. I told here what I wanted and what I needed from a price standpoint, and she came pretty close. Deal was done. Ali was wonderful. I'd work with her again in a heartbeat and will be recommending my friends who want a Honda to work with her as well. More

In fact, there were several times while I was working with Sue that I just needed to pause and think. She gave me the space to do that but was always ready to answer my questions fully - and if she didn't know the answer, to find the answer. Sue was also able to gracefully work with me and two or three other customers without ever missing a beat with any of us and was accurate and straightforward about how each step of the process would take. No Shenanigans! Just Great Results and A Happy Customer! Thank you, Sue!! More

It was an awesome Journey I'm not your typical customer. I was high maintenance the whole way through. I couldn't make up my mind on which car to buy. First it was the Ci I'm not your typical customer. I was high maintenance the whole way through. I couldn't make up my mind on which car to buy. First it was the Civic on special order then the Accord however I changed my mind again back to the original order of the Civic. Sue was graceful the whole way through and very patient with me. A special thanks to Leonard for working so hard to locate this rare find Civic EXT with sensing. This is my third Civic I bought from Hopkins and 4th overall from the Luther dealerships. Got to love the Honda! More

Lied / Held vehicle while doing no work / misrepresented I was in an accident. My insurance company told me Luther Hopkins Honda was a preferred service provider for their claims process. My vehicle was towe I was in an accident. My insurance company told me Luther Hopkins Honda was a preferred service provider for their claims process. My vehicle was towed to Luther Hopkins Honda. Within a few hours, the service department told me it didn’t look like the engine issue had anything to do with my accident. Even though I clearly stated and showed maintenance records how my vehicle ran great prior to the accident. They shuffled the car over to the body shop without addressing drivability issue first. The body shop had the vehicle for over a week only to quote the body damage and try to get out of doing an entire door panel. They stated it looked to be damaged prior to accident. The estimates were given and then the vehicle sent back to service; only for the service department to come to the same conclusion after a single test. I was told to tow my car to another dealership for a second opinion by my insurance company, but was told "no" once the tow truck arrived in Hopkins. This cost me $75. The service manager blew me off: stated he would call me back, but never did. Another employee called me at the end of the following day. I believe the insurance company meant this was a preferred provider because they would say anything to save the insurance company money and not me; the customer. From the first interaction to the handover of my new Honda Accord Hybrid, they were full of infor I dealt with Leonard Buzzelle and John-Mark Ahinful. From the first interaction to the handover of my new Honda Accord Hybrid, they were full of information, helpful, low-key and honestly made this the most pleasurable purchase of a car ever. I'd highly recommend the Luther dealerships; this is not my first Luther car. And the 2018 Honda Accord has to be one of the best cars available today. I'm ecstatic about this car. More
