The waiting room was less crowded than it was the last time I was there, making social distancing more practiced. Everyone did have a mask on, too. A lot of people did seem to have the same appointment time I was there, making social distancing more practiced. Everyone did have a mask on, too. A lot of people did seem to have the same appointment time though. Many of us waiting inside to be taken care of with little social distancing available. Not a lot of room..... It is still not clear if the car owner is supposed to wait inside the car or go inside the office to get waited on.....there is no clear directions or signs to inform the car owner. I also would like the service attendant to inform me what was actually done instead of just someone handing me a piece of paper and tell me the car is done. Plus, I could not find my car in the lot.....there were a lot of cars outside in the lot and I had to go back inside to ask where it was. More

Arrived about 10:30 for my 10:40 appointment for a multipoint check. My car was given back to my at about 12:20 PM. In this coronavirus time sitting in a room with 10 plus people migrating in and out multipoint check. My car was given back to my at about 12:20 PM. In this coronavirus time sitting in a room with 10 plus people migrating in and out for almost 2 hours is unacceptable. Especially,if it is for a auto check up. The paperwork was wrong and slow,too. I watched the mechanic park my car in the parking lot at 11:55AM. My the time customer service got around to me , corrected the paperwork and found my key fob it was 12:20. More
