Just moving to San Angelo it is good to know that I have a good dealership that I can depend on to keep my Ram running like the beast that it is. Rest of the staff was very polite and courteous. I will not hesitate to bring my truck back. This was a great experience and continues to prove that I made the right choice moving to San Angelo. San Angelo has a great population of good people and this dealership shows it. More

I’ve had my truck in the service department going on 5 times since January 2022. Each time it’s been because of the DEF system, couple times it was the same thing. I need Chrysler to get in touch with me times since January 2022. Each time it’s been because of the DEF system, couple times it was the same thing. I need Chrysler to get in touch with me because this truck is a LEMON. Oh & each time it was at the dealership they kept it a week. That means I was out of work for a week I’m a business owner and I need my truck to make a living. Never once did Chrysler or Dodge offer me a truck to drive while mine was down. I’m sick of this & Chrysler needs to get in touch with me so we can discuss getting me another truck & compensation for my lost time. If Chrysler can not get in touch with me then my attorney will get in contact with you. More

My past experiences with going to this dealership to get repairs or an oil change used to be quick, easy, and affordable. The past few years I feel like the service has gone down the drain. Not to say that repairs or an oil change used to be quick, easy, and affordable. The past few years I feel like the service has gone down the drain. Not to say that the employees were rude in anyway. They were the only reason I did not lose my mind. You can tell just by looking at them without asking questions that they were short staffed as well as stressed out of their mind. If I could give them a separate rating I would rate them a four with how well they handled my stress as well as the other displeased customers at the location. However, the visit itself was an awful experience and if I did not sign up for the free oil changes for life I would consider never coming back. Since the pandemic I started requesting to be taken home because I didn’t want to wait two hours for a simple oil change. I showed up with my vehicle needing an oil change and a new thermostat at 10:30 in the morning. Expecting it to be done at 12:30, I wanted to give the guys some time just in case. It did look like a pretty busy day. So I arrived at 3:30 to pick up my truck, and it was still not ready. They had barely pulled up to begin the oil change. I did not leave until 4:15 that day. That was just the experience. The pricing structure however, I had to pull out my own thermostat in my truck to be able to get home safely. I needed to buy a new thermostat and get it popped in. My thermostat is not located in a difficult place, so I assumed this would be an $85 fix at the most. Considering the most expensive (and only) part was $49. After the guy at the front desk ran the numbers, he told me it was going to be $181. I usually don’t write negative reviews because I find them too the unreliable and a bit of an information dump. However, at some point I think enough is enough. I am getting to the point where paying a mom and pop store $80 to do my oil change rather than getting it done for free, is a lot more appealing than waiting five hours. I believe that it can be done better and the prices do not need to be that inflated. I hope to see improvement in the future. More
