Took my Gladiator to get the bed caps (and tailgate cap) replaced due to being damaged on a new vehicle delivery (I live six hours away from the dealership). Initial interaction went well and I drove back t replaced due to being damaged on a new vehicle delivery (I live six hours away from the dealership). Initial interaction went well and I drove back the six hours to the shop, however on completion of the job I noticed damage caused to the tailgate (and left side of the bed) where a tool was used to pry the old caps. They attempted to say the damage was there prior but photos clearly show no damage there before hand. Up to this point I have not been contacted back after several calls to get this issue resolved after being advised to locate a local body shop and having the damages paid by All American. I'm pretty disappointed in this service after my initial high marks and recommendations. More

Service Dept was slow in contacting us to let us know what the problem was with vehicle. When I received my vehicle, check engine light was still on. I went by to ask about it and was met with a very con what the problem was with vehicle. When I received my vehicle, check engine light was still on. I went by to ask about it and was met with a very confrontational employee who basically called us a liar when she said she reached out to us when I never had a missed call or voicemail. There were two contact numbers and neither inbox was full. More

Went to pick up my truck, when it went to detail, somehow the battery was totally discharged and had to be charged up. I had to go back and find out what was taking so long myself, staff did not tell me. The the battery was totally discharged and had to be charged up. I had to go back and find out what was taking so long myself, staff did not tell me. The detail shop tossed my papers related to my service work, took out a 1/2 case of unopened water bottled out of my floor boxes and kept them, removed my license plates and windshield sticker. I got about 45 miles of the 110 miles home when I stopped to find my plates were gone. Had to drive back and make them find my plates in the 55 gallon drum full of plates. Had to get a new registration sticker from the resister office. Also on the way home the second time I noticed my front bumper fog/running light icon was not coming on when on dim, check the lights when I made it home and they are not working now, called the service adviser she said they will fix that when I bring it back when the sender console lid replacement arrives. The lights were workin when I dropped my truck off but not when I picked it up. What should have taken at most 5 hours to drive the loaner truck to the dealership pick my truck up and be back home took 13 hours instead. Over all it was the worst experience I have ever had. The managers, and sales people were helpful, but the detail department cause a world of issues. More
