Car has been broken for over a year I have brought my car in ten times since july 2018 and still have not had the problem fixed. Since buying the car it has only been out of the shop 6 m I have brought my car in ten times since july 2018 and still have not had the problem fixed. Since buying the car it has only been out of the shop 6 months in the last year, I have been driving loaner cars for months at a time and still have no resolution. More

Customer Service I have an appointment on Saturday for 8 o’clock . They got me in immediately . They were done at 8:51.. No one ever came and said that my vehicle is I have an appointment on Saturday for 8 o’clock . They got me in immediately . They were done at 8:51.. No one ever came and said that my vehicle is ready so I sat until about 1015 when I see my Jeep been pulled out and park underneath the awning I had to go ask the service desk was my vehicle ready and she said yes nonetheless it was done but the customer service rep knew I was waiting and did not call my name while others were chosen after their car was completed and I continue to wait. The only reason I use this service is because I purchased a lifetime oil change. More
