Recalls and extended warranty problem I went to get recalls and steering wheel fixed. When I went to pick up my car I was told about a long list of things that were needed to be fixed and I went to get recalls and steering wheel fixed. When I went to pick up my car I was told about a long list of things that were needed to be fixed and I was not aware of them prior. I would of had my breaks fixed since they were at 20%. I may not be able to afford a switch replacement that is not life threatening but I’m sure able to get breaks fixed since god forbid they go out. Very upset. I am over an hour away. More

Oil change and check alternator Lilya provided excellent service. The battery if my car had run out much sooner than expected and I was concerned about the alternator. However, Lilya explained to me that they would thoroughly inspect the car and I did not have to worry about an expensive diagnosis yet. I was very grateful as I want to have my car in the best condition but also need to watch my expenses. She was right. All is fine. Something else was found which I will have taken care of. Left car for an airbag recall I left the car in for an airbag recall. Received a rental and periodic harassment from rental company to return the car as no one from the service dep I left the car in for an airbag recall. Received a rental and periodic harassment from rental company to return the car as no one from the service department bothered to update rental term with the rental company. A couple of months latter, I received the car back with a very dirty interior ( oil smudges ) and with parts of the radio dash coming apart and severely scratched. After complaining, the explanation given was “normal wear and tear”. Bonus: I noticed a charge on my credit card from the rental company. You can’t make these failings up. I was a very loyal customer purchased 1 car and serviced two cars here for a good number of years but the quality o service is so low that I can’t overlook these mistakes anymore. Last year, the same car as above- they mounted one of my new tires the wrong way causing it to fail and me having to purchase a new tire. Just recently , I noticed that CarFax is indicating that one of my car has a potential odometer tampering. I work from home, so I only have 2-3K miles driven per year on that car. Nonetheless, I change the oil every six months. It seems that mistakes were made at the dealership in reporting the correct Odometer reading. Avoid this dealership. Friendly service reps yet without any power to make things right. Managers don’t seem to care much and mechanics don’t seem to know or care much either. More

Worth the trip So I had an appt for a free oil change, drove all the way from St Petersburg about a 50 min drive. They also fixed my rear bumper that was loose by replacing some clips, They helped me with the downloading of the Apple CarPlay update for my car as well as giving me a free hand wash on my car even topped my nitrogen off in my tires. Great service, genuine people, awesome experience! My advisor was Liliya, she was great throughout my time spent there. More
