I left with my jeep that had been serviced, supposedly had a multi point inspection while there. As I left the dealership turning the corner the check engine light came on that was not on when I arrived. had a multi point inspection while there. I immediately turned around once the vehicle started running very rough , so I went back immediately, I was told it was oil leaking issue and that the vehicle senses when oil is low or leaking and told nothing could be done but a $2,200 fix and that the fluids had been checked and to take my vehicle so I left . The vehicle almost stopped running so I returned once again immediately I then insisted I would leave it for an oil change because I suspected no multi inspection was done and oil probably severely not topped off or at least told it needed to be topped off if it had been actually checked. The oil change and refill apparently fixed the issue , I have been driving daily for three weeks, several hundred miles , no light issue or running rough , If I had believed I should just take my vehicle and drive it and nothing could be done about the light I would have most likely blown the engine. I purchased the vehicle new there and have always had it serviced there , and had planned on another Jeep there . The service department trying to rush me off and take my vehicle after they said it was VERY concerning and dangerous. The tech didn’t even have the kindness or responsibility to even come out when I brought the vehicle back the first time although George asked . I spent over $6,000 on service for the vehicle that did need to be done that day. It was legit in fact time for the other issues I’m not questioning that but rushing me off without hearing my issue was not right . They did resolve my other issues I came in with . In general always had good service results there over the last 13-14 years but definitely not this time . More

Terrible service, I couldn’t describe the frustration I had with this dealership. They broke the pieces on my car all on their fault, second told me I would need to pay for the rental for the 21 days even had with this dealership. They broke the pieces on my car all on their fault, second told me I would need to pay for the rental for the 21 days even though they broke the car. They took 3-1/2 weeks to fix my car which is nonsense. This is ridiculous and I’ll never buy a jeep because of how terrible the service was. More
