I was very happy with my experience with Victor. Victor was excellent. He gave me an appointment for service due to a recall on my vehicle. He also provided me with a loaner so I can go to work. EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE EVERY ONE I CAME IN CONTACT WITH WAS WELCOMING, QUICKLY ATTENDED TO MY PROBLEM OF NEEDING TO REPLACE A DAMAGED TIRE AND GET ME BACK ON THE ROAD AS QUI EVERY ONE I CAME IN CONTACT WITH WAS WELCOMING, QUICKLY ATTENDED TO MY PROBLEM OF NEEDING TO REPLACE A DAMAGED TIRE AND GET ME BACK ON THE ROAD AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE. Perfect service Linda could fit me in on Saturday for an A service. As usual in time waited as agreed the needed 1.5-2 hrs. Ready as planned including the extra cabin Linda could fit me in on Saturday for an A service. As usual in time waited as agreed the needed 1.5-2 hrs. Great Experience! Our salesman Alex and service advisor Linda were always helpful and professional from start to finish! We were on the fence deciding if we were going Our salesman Alex and service advisor Linda were always helpful and professional from start to finish! We were on the fence deciding if we were going to trade in our 2004 E station wagon. The car was 15 years old with a 173000 miles but in need of $6100.00 in repairs. In the end we did trade in the car for a 2019 GLC. We never felt rushed to make our decision. Everyone at the dealership could not have been more helpful during the process. All employees we encountered are a credit to Mercedes-Benz of Princeton. More

Great customer service and my service manager was very polite despite the fact I Scheduling my service appointment was easy and quick with loaner car. Great customer service and my service manager was very polite despite the fact I found a scrape on my vehicle. she went through the pictures when I dropped it off we find out it was there prior before then. I was satisfied. The service was done at time schedule time. However, they need to improved there lounge area and snacks should in case you are with your kids. More
