My salesman did a great job of taking me through the experience of deciding between lease or buy. I chose to lease, for the first time, because I typically have very low mileage cars. My trade today was a 2015 CR-V with only 9800 miles. Sales Manager, and my former sales person, Lindsey Haraden, set me up with Carmen when I called for an appointment. He did a great job. In terms of understanding the EX, Camren did a thorough job of explaining the new features and the electronics on the test drive. Then Caleb Gradoni repeated the detailed setup and helped me to dial in my preferences at delivery. Great team and experience. I'll do it again. More
