My name is Lindsey and I am a part of the Internet Sales Team here at Prestige Volvo! I have been with Prestige Volvo since April of 2011, where I began my career in the Service Department. Having previously worked in the restaurant industry, this position taught me a tremendous amount about the car business. Armed with the knowledge I received from service, I was able to truly learn the Volvo product which was proved invaluable during my transition to the Sales Department. It has been over six years since I have been a part of the Internet Sales Team and have been enjoying my role ever since. I love what I do and enjoy meeting new customers – what begins as a business prospect always turns into a truly amazing friendship!

Walking into a car dealership is usually never easy and the process can be long. Not with Nicole E. at Prestige. I’m so happy I got paired with her as my salesperson. Nicole went out of her way to show me the process can be long. Not with Nicole E. at Prestige. I’m so happy I got paired with her as my salesperson. Nicole went out of her way to show me everything available in my price category. She took me offsite and went out of her way to show me where they store other in stock Volvo’s. And mind you, it was cold out with unpleasant conditions but it didn’t matter to me or her. She wanted me to get what I wanted. Her knowledge of each vehicle and differences in model series and types were easy for her to explain. I’m a first time Volvo owner so her passing knowledge to me was invaluable and she talked about Volvo like she is passionate about the brand. She earned every dollar of commission and gave me very fair pricing on my two trade-ins. We dealt directly with her, no haggling. Oh and to make note, after my purchase Casey helped explain the technology in the car more hands on and was absolutely a delight to work with! Nicole and Casey made the process really fun! More
