Worst cusomter service in service dept. Total joke. I tried to get my transit in for service and they said, well, back in 2018 you guys complained that your oil change was too long, so we're not going to tried to get my transit in for service and they said, well, back in 2018 you guys complained that your oil change was too long, so we're not going to ever service your vehicle. Yes the oil change took 2 hours linger than promised and instead of fixing the issue, they've banned us, lol. That's customer service for ya! More
